Ontario Youth Parliament is a life-changing experience. We strive to make that experience accessible for all youth.
As part of that commitment, we have a fund that is meant to assist those who would otherwise not be able to attend due to financial constraints.
To be eligible, the applicant must:
Be a resident of Ontario age 14-21 as of January 1, 2024.
Complete the Registration Form and Bursary Application Form.
Include one reference to confirm the financial need of the applicant.
Pay the minimum registration deposit of $100.
The deadline for early consideration is December 31st , 2023; applicants will be notified no later than January 21st, 2024. If funds are still available, applications submitted after Dec 31st may be considered up until the session of parliament begins. The maximum bursary is $250.00 per person. Please keep in mind that only requesting the funding you need will allow for more applicants to receive funding.
